As a Communications and Engagement Specialist, your mission is to drive internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives that bring company culture to life. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll develop compelling messaging, manage digital and physical communication platforms, and execute initiatives that enhance workplace morale and connectivity—all while ensuring alignment with corporate branding standards.

Internal Communications & Branding
  • Own and manage internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, newsletters, and digital displays.
  • Craft engaging, visually appealing content that keeps employees informed, inspired, and aligned with company goals.
  • Be the on-site brand ambassador, ensuring all messaging reflects a strong and consistent company identity.
  • Monitor and enhance the company’s presence on employer review sites (Glassdoor, Indeed) and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with group/divisional branding teams to maintain consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
Employee Engagement & Events
  • Develop and execute exciting engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and team collaboration.
  • Capture and share employee stories and achievements to celebrate our people and reinforce company values.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as town halls, appreciation days, and milestone celebrations.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to deliver impactful company updates and initiatives.
Visual Content & Media Management
  • Design eye‑catching visuals for internal and external communications (presentations, posters, signage).
  • Capture and produce photo and video content that enhances employer branding and engagement efforts.
  • Ensure physical and digital spaces reflect a cohesive, engaging, and modern company brand.
Community & External Engagement
  • Collaborate with HR to develop recruitment branding strategies that attract top talent.
  • Serve as the local contact for media or PR inquiries related to company events.
  • Support community outreach initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A passion for storytelling, branding, and engagement.
  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, messaging, and digital content.
  • A tech‑savvy approach—experience with SharePoint, email marketing tools, digital signage, and social media.
  • Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude—you’ll have the freedom to experiment and bring fresh ideas to life.
