The Outreach Team in Flint, MI is hiring a Voter Registration Field Director to build a field office, train canvassers, and lead by example while driving voter registration goals in the Flint/Saginaw area.
You will recruit and manage 20–50 paid canvassers, canvass several days weekly, set targets, develop future leaders, uphold data integrity, and foster an inclusive, equitable team culture in a fast-paced campaign.
