Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Flint, MI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Conduct physical exams and obtain patient histories.

* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

* Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.

* Develop and implement patient management plans.

* Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.

* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

* Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

* Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

* Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Michigan.

* Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.

* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
