Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, acts as a client advocate in the Person‑Centered Planning process regarding health issues; will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing/health plans of developmentally disabled clients; performs related work as required.

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan
• Ability to move up to 30 pounds to transport supplies/equipment and to move or position clients

• As third‑party insurance may be billed by this position, employees must meet third‑party requirements in accordance with professional scope of practice.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and be able to use a vehicle during work hours, including for the transport of clients.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

• Vision: ability to visually assess details at both near and far distances, and perceive depth and spatial relationships, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Hearing: ability to receive and respond to verbal communication, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Lifting, Standing, and Walking: ability to lift up to 35 lbs on an occasional basis, regularly stand for extended periods, walk at a minimum of 35% up to a maximum of 65%.
• Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, or reach to perform work tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Manual dexterity required for tasks such as handling, grasping, typing, writing, or operating equipment.
