Position: RN Clinical Supervisor for Private Duty

Exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership. We're looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to support, mentor, and lead our nursing team.

Advisa Care is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Private Duty RN Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for private duty nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to private duty nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
  • Conduct supervisory visits and assessments to monitor patient care and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide hands‑on patient care when necessary to support staff and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Participate in staff training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to perform hands‑on patient care as needed.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the service area as required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
