Role DescriptionAs our Medical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical care and daily health needs of residents in our Adult Foster Care homes. You'll lead and support direct care staff, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and champion a culture of person-centered care.
What You'll Do- Supervise, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional resident care
- Oversee medication administration and health monitoring
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing standards
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and external providers
- Respond to health concerns and provide guidance in urgent situations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for our residents
- State of Michigan licensed RN
- Experience in Adult Foster Care a plus
- 2-3 previous years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of medication management and resident care plans
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
