Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Location: Clio/Flint/Saginaw/Burton/Lapeer
Setting: In-home, one-on-one care

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

• Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Needed (12-Hour Shifts)

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat)

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat)

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized RN or LPN to join a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team for a 49-year-old female patient. This role involves managing a complex clinical profile within a well-equipped home environment. You will work alongside a 12-hour/day aide, PT/OT, and specialized therapists to provide the highest standard of recovery-focused care.

Clio (56-Year-Old Male): Quadriplegic care including wound care and bowel program. Requires a dedicated caregiver to assist with appointments.

• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
