• Starting wage: $27.15 per hour for LPN.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication and treatment changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care to address physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the nurse aide team, give direction, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Current LPN license in Michigan.
• Current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team‑player attitude dedicated to supporting teammates and completing tasks.
