The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology and working as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $88,000 - $90,000 per year
• PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

• You will supervise the nursing team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current RN license in the state of Michigan (RN) and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player who is dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
• WB1 qualification (if applicable).
