Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite contract. 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 14 weeks, with $1,246 weekly stipends and $19.27 - $24.00/hour base pay. Starts 8/17/2026.
12 months or more dialysis experience required. Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordination with the ESKD team, and education for patients and families. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with CPR/BLS certification.
