Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign on Bonus! (Holt, MI)

Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team and provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
- Starting Wage: $35.15 per hour
- Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
- Shift Premium (3rd shift): $4.00 per hour
- Yearly Wage Increases

- Day Shift (first shift) or Nights (3rd shift) available
- Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan (RN)
- Current CPR-BLS certification
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree
- High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to difficult problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
