Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, acts as a client advocate in the Person-Centered Planning process regarding health issues; will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing/health plans of developmentally disabled clients; ability to perform professional nursing tasks and case consultation with prescribers/psychiatrists; performs related work as required.

Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan AND ability to move up to 30 pounds in order to transport supplies/equipment and to move or position clients.

As THIRD PARTY insurance may be billed by this position, in accordance with professional scope of practice, employee MUST MEET THIRD PARTY REQUIREMENTS. Must have a valid Michigan driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours, including for the transport of clients; must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
