Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN Night Shift Openings!

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home CareWe are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill urgent night shift openings across the Clio and Flint areas. Clio OpeningsOpening 1: | Tue & Fri (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Care: Paraplegic adult care. Nocturnal catheterization, overnight bowel program, and monitoring.
Opening 1: Fri, Sat, & Sun (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
Care: School-aged child with Down Syndrome. Trach care, airway management, and mobility assistance.
Opening 2: | Mon – Sun (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
Care: Infant with chronic respiratory failure. Dedicated trach care and overnight monitoring (no vent/G-tube).
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay
- Competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Patient Population
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
