Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN Night Shift Openings!
Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care
We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill urgent night shift openings across the Clio and Flint areas. Enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful, direct impact in a single client's home.
Opening 1: | Tue & Fri (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Care: Paraplegic adult care. Nocturnal catheterization, overnight bowel program, and monitoring.
Flint OpeningsCare: School-aged child with Down Syndrome. Trach care, airway management, and mobility assistance.
Care: Infant with chronic respiratory failure. Dedicated trach care and overnight monitoring (no vent/G-tube).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
