At Briarwood Nursing and Rehab, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that promotes resident well-being

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan

• Strong clinical skills and judgment, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate patient care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and families

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
