About the Opportunity

Elevate RS Corp is recruiting a Quality Manager on behalf of a precision manufacturing company. This is a hands‑on leadership role with full ownership of the Quality Management System in a fast‑paced production environment. The successful candidate will serve as the company's Management Representative and play a key role in driving quality standards across all operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) end‑to‑end
  • Drive Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely, adequate closure of nonconformances
  • Serve as Management Representative and active member of the Management Review Board
  • Generate, communicate, and continuously update Quarterly Quality Objectives
  • Oversee Final Inspection of parts, including record keeping, approvals, and rejections
  • Generate and maintain FAIRs, APQP documentation, and other required quality records
  • Review and assist with the creation and upkeep of Product Work Instructions
  • Support Quality Inspectors with filing quality folders, certifications, drawings, and related records
  • Communicate clearly and make informed decisions with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
  • Assist senior leadership as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Basic managerial knowledge and experience
  • Hands‑on experience with manufacturing test equipment
  • Proficient computer skills

    Familiarity with customer, supplier, and statutory/regulatory requirements
  • Comfortable with basic mathematics in a manufacturing context
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and specifications (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar)
  • Experience with APQP, FAIRs, and precision manufacturing quality processes
