As the Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, youare responsible for overseeing all aspects ofstoreperformance. You will manage store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety.

• Possess in-depth retail expertise
• Have at least4-6years of experience managing a retail store as a store manager or relevant experience
• Proven track recordof consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
• Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L, budgeting, payroll, and retail KPIs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work a40hourwork week
