Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.

• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote Company products and services.
• Process membership upgrades, credit accounts, and related transactions.
• Participate in sales and marketing events and strive to meet membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfill member orders (FAX n Pull and Click n Pull), including picking, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide member service by recognizing members, assessing purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, integrity, and Open Door Policy.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Prem weight could be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
