We are seeking candidates for the position of Leadership Team Key Holder. This role involves carrying store keys and being an integral part of our leadership team.

- Delivering outstanding customer service as the top priority.
- Handling store opening and closing tasks.
- Involved in merchandising, operational, and administrative duties within the store.
- Must possess prior retail supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products is required.
- Strong merchandising skills are a plus.
- A drive and proven ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
