Job Summary

$23.32+ hourly: $15.63 base pay plus $1,330/month Targeted Commission.

Staff work in a retail environment providing support and sales for Comcast Xfinity products and services.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Help customers interpret account statements, pay bills in store, and answer questions about current or new services.
• Process general service requests, make changes to account data, and upgrade service levels.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology and Comcast products.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive retail environment, adhering to operational policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
• Ability to work a full‑time, flexible, variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 25‑pound boxes and to move around the store constantly.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in retail or customer service.

Base pay: $15.63 per hour.

Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $23.32 per hour.
