• Customer Service Management:
  Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring every shopper leaves with the perfect fit and a great experience.
• Retail Leadership:
  Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, and uphold security protocols and high operational standards.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and support team members to grow their skills in entry-level retail, including customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals:
  Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets by applying effective selling techniques and promoting key Skechers products.
• Store Operations:
  Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties:
  Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management to address operational needs.
• Problem Solving:
  Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem solving skills to resolve issues in-store.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and operational tasks.
• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
