Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring items are ticketed, tagged, and correctly placed on the selling floor or staging area;
Enter receiving data into the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System and Manager’s Workstation accurately and promptly;
Maintain receiving paperwork and files; manage RTVs, transfers, and damaged merchandise per company procedures;
Monitor receiving productivity and effectiveness of receiving processes to minimize inventory shortages and overages;
Assist associates and maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment during receiving operations
