Sales Representative – Tru Green – Flint, Michigan

• Serve as the welcoming face of Tru Green, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce personalized lawn care solutions.
• Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach, conveying the value of Tru Green’s services.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs using proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
• Log interactions and track performance in the CRM, maintaining accurate records of activity.
• Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are equally valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills—able to converse, close deals, and maintain sincerity.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with mobile technology for on‑site data entry.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Fluent in English.
