Your role involves partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to deliver localized advertising solutions through our national media platform. You will interact with key national direct accounts and buying agencies, creating and executing sales proposals and achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on all facets of client relations, including proposal completion, media planning, customer service, and revenue objectives.
- Manage and complete RFPs in a timely manner.
- Select OUTFRONT media assets to amplify clients’ campaigns, products, and brand stories.
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news, and market expertise.
- Master inventory knowledge of local DMA markets and continually expand knowledge of other markets and top DMAs.
- Develop and foster customer relationships to drive new business, renewals, and upsells.
- Resolve client inquiries by involving appropriate resources.
- Establish strong working relationships with Enterprise Account Executives, sales teams, and clients.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (account, creative, research) to optimize revenue through strategic and creative means.
- Act as a functional expert in the OUTFRONT mobile platform, including mobile products on all national RFPs.
- Continuously strive for improvement in sales and operations processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; coursework in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Self‑motivated with 2–4 years of related work experience.
- Goal‑oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and enthusiastic about the media and OOH industries.
- Knowledge of OOH advertising or prior experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
- Eager to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
