This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/application, logistics, and quality support.
  • Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads.
  • Actively manage pricing system.
  • Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations.
  • Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management.
  • Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and provide continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Good Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree is required at a minimum.
  • 1‑5 years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in customer relations.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and business software programs.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work with multiple functional groups.
  • Candidate must be willing to physically work out of our Madison Heights, MI location at a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Hours will be traditional working hours Monday‑Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Must be willing to travel (10% minimum) – When not traveling, selected candidate will spend the bulk of their time working at the site in Madison Heights, MI.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
