Sales Associate - Chevrolet North

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases within our no-haggle sales environment. They respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, and transition customers from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.

• Interact with hundreds of customers on online, phone, and in‑person channels.
• Respond to leads promptly and guide customers through the sales process.
• Answer questions, provide vehicle information, and negotiate payment terms.
• Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the Service department to support ownership experience.
• Follow up after purchase to gauge customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record.
