Goyette Mechanical is currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Service Projects Division. This is a non-union salaried position with commission opportunities. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, developing relationships, and growing a dedicated customer base, with the opportunity to expand into project estimating responsibilities over time.
Requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage new customers
- Proven ability or strong desire to work in a sales-driven, customer acquisition role
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, HVAC, or skilled trades is a plus but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
- Actively identify, pursue, and acquire new customers within target markets
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop repeat business
- Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present service/project solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and develop proposals
- Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and project documentation
- Support project handoff, kickoff meetings, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Interest in growing into a more technical estimating or project-focused role over time
