• Drive new business and new logo acquisition across Tier 1s and OEMs in North America
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for engineering services (electronics/embedded software R&D)
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders at target Tier 1 and OEM accounts
• Represent the business as the face of the Americas region, shaping its growth trajectory
• Report on pipeline, opportunities, and regional performance to leadership

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering Services Sales for the automotive industry
• Proven "hunter" track record, new business/new logo generation, not just account management
• Background in core R&D engineering services (ER&D) for automotive electronics/embedded software, not Tier 1 component manufacturing sales
• Strong network across automotive Tier 1s and OEMs in North America
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a start-up-style, early-stage regional build
