The Melissa Workman Agency in Flint, Texas, is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for selling products to customers utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing. You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their personal goals. Your prior experience in the industry will help you provide an exceptional experience to our customers.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
