Avantor is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team across the Clinical and Healthcare market, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
You will establish regional strategies, forecast sales, set annual objectives, hire and coach the sales force, and strengthen key customer relationships in the region.
This role requires extensive travel (50%–75%), deep industry knowledge, and the ability to negotiate contracts with key accounts.
