Residential HVAC Sales

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales professional to conduct in-home consultations, evaluate customer comfort needs, and recommend tailored heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll generate estimates, present financing options, and close sales while coordinating with installation teams for seamless project delivery. This role requires strong residential HVAC knowledge, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort and system needs
• Recommend HVAC and indoor air quality solutions tailored to each home
• Prepare detailed estimates and present proposals and financing options
• Close sales and achieve or exceed individual sales targets
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads and referrals
• Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency
• Uphold safety, professionalism, and company service standards on every visit
