Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning:
  Thoroughly cleaning kitchen hoods, ductwork, exhaust fans, and other related equipment using pressure washing and manual cleaning techniques to remove grease and debris.
• System Maintenance:
  Inspecting exhaust systems for potential hazards or maintenance needs, changing filters, and testing equipment after cleaning.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensuring adherence to local fire safety codes and regulations, including NFPA 96 standards.
• Documentation:
  Maintaining records of service performed, including before-and-after photos, and completing necessary paperwork.
• Equipment Handling:
  Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment, hand scrapers, and other tools, as well as company vehicles.
• Customer Service:
  Providing professional and courteous service while working in commercial kitchens.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Being physically fit to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform tasks that may require kneeling, standing, and lifting.

Specific tasks may include:

• Setting up and taking down job sites, including protecting surrounding areas with sheeting.
• Using various cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Working in diverse weather conditions.
• Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Potentially working overnight or during early morning hours.
• Some roles may involve installing grease containment systems or hinge kits.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record (for some positions).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 standard
• Follow structured cleaning procedures from top to bottom
• Take before, during, and after photos for documentation
• Ensure quality that prevents call-backs
• Maintain van cleanliness and chemical inventory
• Handle equipment safely
• Work overnight shifts reliably

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work night shift

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and professionalism

• Base Pay: $16.50/hr
