Position Overview
We are actively seeking Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Technicians to join our expanding team in Massillon, Ohio. If you’re experienced with fiber drop installation and fusion splicing, or eager to learn with the right work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Location and EmploymentLocation:
Massillon, Ohio
Position Type: 1099 Contractor
Pay:
Top earners can make up to $650 per day; most techs average $320–$450 per day.
- Install fiber drops from the terminal to the customer’s home.
- Perform fusion splicing on-site.
- Ensure clean, quality installations that meet our standards.
- Complete accurate testing and documentation.
- Competitive salary.

- Field training provided.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
- Basic tools preferred; company can help source gear if needed.
