Pay: $23.00 - $30.00+ per hour (Depending on experience and efficiency)

We are hiring a reliable and motivated Garage Door Installer to join our team. This is a dedicated installation role - there is strictly no selling involved.

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $23/hour, with the ability to reach $30+/hour as you gain experience, efficiency, and professional mastery. Prior garage door installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical skills.

  Required:
  
  Your sole focus is quality installation and execution.
• Company Vehicle & Fuel:
  Company truck provided for field installations during working hours (fuel and maintenance fully covered).

  Vehicle remains at the shop/facility and is not for personal commute.

• Perform clean, accurate, and safe garage door installations at customer sites.
• Transport materials and doors to job sites using the company vehicle.
• Follow safety guidelines, job specifications, and quality standards on every installation.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order.
• Provide professional and respectful service when interacting with customers on-site.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in garage door installation is preferred. Mechanical inclination and comfort working with power tools is required.
• License:
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability:
  Capable of heavy lifting, working on ladders, and operating power tools safely.
• Work Ethic:
  Punctual, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on completing installations cleanly and safely.
• Independent Worker:
  Ability to follow job specifications and work efficiently in the field.
