Develop Your Career with a Thriving Residential Plumbing Team

• Identifying and resolving residential plumbing problems, such as leaks, blockages, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, drain lines, and water lines
• Setting up, changing, and maintaining faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, water treatment systems, sump pumps, and other residential plumbing parts
• Performing drain cleaning and basic troubleshooting of sewer and water lines
• Successfully completing residential service calls while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Clearly and professionally explaining findings and repair options to homeowners
• Accurately completing electronic work orders, service records, and job notes
• Maintaining a tidy and organized work area while respecting customers’ homes
• Adhering to plumbing codes, company guidelines, and safety procedures
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and service vehicle

• Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Plumbers are strongly encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in residential plumbing maintenance is mandatory
• Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master) required; apprentices working towards licensure will also be considered
• Preferably experienced in independently handling residential service calls
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Capability to work independently and cooperate with a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
• Dedication to safety, dependability, and high-quality work

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Tank and tankless water heaters
• Water treatment systems
• Drain cleaning
• Sewer and water line repairs
• Gas piping
• Backflow prevention
• Boilers
• Mobile service software or electronic job documentation

• Competitive hourly pay: $30-$45/hour, based on experience, licensing, and qualifications
