As a Technician, you will diagnose, fix, set up, and service plumbing systems in occupied homes while offering exceptional customer care.
Develop Your Career with a Thriving Residential Plumbing Team
- Identifying and resolving residential plumbing problems, such as leaks, blockages, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, drain lines, and water lines
- Setting up, changing, and maintaining faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, water treatment systems, sump pumps, and other residential plumbing parts
- Performing drain cleaning and basic troubleshooting of sewer and water lines
- Successfully completing residential service calls while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Clearly and professionally explaining findings and repair options to homeowners
- Accurately completing electronic work orders, service records, and job notes
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work area while respecting customers’ homes
- Adhering to plumbing codes, company guidelines, and safety procedures
- Maintaining company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Plumbers are strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in residential plumbing maintenance is mandatory
- Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master) required; apprentices working towards licensure will also be considered
- Preferably experienced in independently handling residential service calls
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to work independently and cooperate with a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
- Dedication to safety, dependability, and high-quality work
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Tank and tankless water heaters
- Water treatment systems
- Drain cleaning
- Sewer and water line repairs
- Gas piping
- Backflow prevention
- Boilers
- Mobile service software or electronic job documentation
- Competitive hourly pay: $30-$45/hour, based on experience, licensing, and qualifications

- Typical hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
