Maintenance Technician III

Hope Network seeks a Maintenance Technician III to support safe, reliable facilities for our healthcare and social assistance programs. In this senior hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and life-safety devices across our campuses. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues; completing work orders; and documenting repairs to meet regulatory standards. You'll conduct inspections, assist with minor renovations, and respond to urgent calls, helping create safe, welcoming environments for the individuals and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and reliability in a healthcare setting
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, coordinating with vendors when specialized service is required
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance logs in compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify hazards, prioritize repairs, and support a safe environment for patients and staff
• Assist with small construction, renovation, and installation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and program activities
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations
