Sylvania seeks an Elementary Social Worker for a long-term substitute position. You will provide direct and consultative services to support social, emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes for elementary students.
You will work within MTSS, develop IEPs, and coordinate with families, staff, and community resources. The role requires Michigan SSW licensure (LLMSW/LMSW) and a Master’s in Social Work; certification/enrollment is preferred.
