The Family Advocate at YWCA Greater Flint provides direct services and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including onsite childcare and crisis intervention. You will work with the Shelter Manager to coordinate supplies, intake support, and community referrals, ensuring a safe, confidential environment for survivors and their families.
This role requires flexible availability, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and experience in human services.
