School Social Worker

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited college or university
• Active Michigan LMSW or LPC License
• LLMSW or LLPC candidates may be considered with the expectation of obtaining full licensure
• Michigan Department of Education (MDE) School Social Work Approval required
• Official University Transcripts required
• Previous school-based social work or counseling experience preferred
• Experience working with collaborative teams preferred
• Dates:
  August 17, 2026 – June 11, 2027
• Full-Time Onsite Position
• K-12 Caseload
• Support students through MTSS interventions and services
• Participate in student support team meetings, MTSS meetings, and parent conferences
• Assist staff with data collection, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Provide individual and group intervention services
• Coordinate services for students and families
• Implement behavior management and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Maintain required documentation and student records
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and support staff
• Pay Rate Up to $55/Hour
