About the role

If you have a passion for working with abused and neglected children to help them find a forever home, the Spectrum Child and Family Services’ Adoption Specialist position is for you. Adoption Specialists partner with individuals seeking to open their homes and hearts to welcome children who have experienced trauma. This role offers you the opportunity to share your unique talents in life-changing ways and to grow and develop professionally, regardless of your social service journey.

We are looking for great communicators who understand teams and who are committed to excellence. Required training and supportive leadership will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or a related field of study.
  • Two years of Child Welfare experience is preferred.
  • Child Welfare Training Institute training provided.
  • Must successfully complete the background screening process.
