QUALIFICATIONS- Previous high school coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Basic knowledge of athletic safety practices and training.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Program Development:
Design and implement practice and game plans that build athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. - Player Development:
Ability to focus on skill development, physical conditioningand mental toughness. - Game Management:
Lead the team in games, making strategic decisions and ensuring all safety and game regulations are followed. - Supervision & Safety:
Prioritize student-athlete safety during practices, games, and travel. - Community Engagement:
Strengthen relationships with parents, staff, and Beecher community to foster team support and engagement. - Administrative Duties:
Maintain records, manage equipment, oversee field use, and attend district meeting as required.
