• Previous high school coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Basic knowledge of athletic safety practices and training.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).

• Program Development:
  Design and implement practice and game plans that build athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Player Development:
  Ability to focus on skill development, physical conditioningand mental toughness.
• Game Management:
  Lead the team in games, making strategic decisions and ensuring all safety and game regulations are followed.
• Supervision & Safety:
  Prioritize student-athlete safety during practices, games, and travel.
• Community Engagement:
  Strengthen relationships with parents, staff, and Beecher community to foster team support and engagement.
• Administrative Duties:
  Maintain records, manage equipment, oversee field use, and attend district meeting as required.
