Job Summary

This full‑time position involves safe forklift operation, product staging, material handling, and loading tasks on a 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) with a starting wage of $14.50/hour and scheduled raises.

Flint, MI – 4405 Continental Rd. Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm‑11pm. In‑person application Monday‑Friday, 8am‑2pm.

• Operate forklift safely.
• Sort and arrange product on pallets (picking).
• Offload inbound material and place in designated DLOCs according to printed part labels.
• Replenish DLOC storage locations each shift in FIFO order.
• Store product or load trucks with pallets.
• Obtain daily order sheets from supervisor and load orders according to diagrams.
• Drive pallets through the warehouse to the loading dock using forklift.
• Wrap pallets for delivery with shrink wrap.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Inspect cargo before loading and unloading, confirm against shipper documents, and document discrepancies.

• 1 to 2 years of forklift experience.
• Conduct complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections on all dock equipment.
• Availability for irregular work schedules and alternating shifts.
• Ability to work up to six days per week.
• Adherence to operational procedures and guidelines.

Starting wage of $14.50 per hour, with consistent wage increases and first raise after 90 days.
