Driver - Flint Drive Team

Overview

Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is looking for part‑time drivers to join our amazing team! Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America.

This position pays $13.75 an hour and is located at Flint Rental Office: 2372 Austins Pkwy, Flint, MI 48507.

This position involves driving vehicles throughout surrounding cities across Michigan (300-500 miles per day). Drivers will handle all types of vehicles, including small sedans and passenger vans, in all weather conditions.

• Work Monday, Thursday, or Friday. No weekends required.
• Shifts start at 8 a.m. and typically end around 6 p.m.

The Driver is responsible for transporting fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations and navigating written directions.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to the appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• May need to communicate via 2‑way radio or cellular phone.
• May be asked to clean vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
