AWCT is seeking a Rail Supervisor for the Flint, MI location to organize and schedule staff and direct day-to-day rail operations. You will ensure safe loading of vehicles onto outbound trains and unloading of inbound trains, coordinating rail crews under the Terminal/Operations Manager for a productive, safe, and damage-free operation.
The role emphasizes supervisory duties, willingness to work Monday–Friday 07:00am-3:30pm with weekends as needed, and adherence to AWCT safety standards.
