Cycle Counter

Ryder System is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory control in our transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile variances, investigate discrepancies, and update warehouse management systems. You'll coordinate with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure inventory integrity, support audits, and maintain safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings
• Update Warehouse Management Systems with accurate count data and adjustments
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and operations to resolve inventory issues
• Operate RF scanners and material handling equipment safely
• Support internal and external inventory audits and physical counts
• Follow safety, security, and quality procedures in all warehouse activities
• Identify and report process issues affecting inventory accuracy
• Maintain organized work areas and proper labeling of products and locations
• Communicate inventory status and issues to supervisors and team members
