** Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked after 5:00 p.m.  
** Retention Bonus:** $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

** Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with potential overtime and rotating Saturday coverage

* Build warehouse experience with ongoing development and internal growth opportunities  ## About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility.  ## What You’ll Do
* Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
* Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
* Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
* Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
* Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
* Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs  ## What We’re Looking For
* At least 18 years of age
* Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
* Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
* Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
* Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
* Availability for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require  ## Work Environment
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
* Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
* Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
* Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season  ## Benefits and Perks
