the Requisition: 1726546 Senior ACR – Accounting Compliance & Reporting Join our team at EY! The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior ACR (Accounting Compliance & Reporting) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who wish to continue strengthening their experience in accounting processes, financial compliance, and outsourcing accounting client management, working with organizations from different industries and participating in dynamic and challenging environments.

As a Senior ACR, you will have a key role in the supervision of accounting processes, the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS, client relationship management, and the coordination of activities to ensure compliance with schedules and regulatory requirements. What we are looking for? We are looking for professionals in Public Accounting with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and financial areas, preferably in companies with structured accounting processes, accounting outsourcing firms, auditing, or consulting.

It is important to have experience in the preparation and review of financial statements, accounting closing processes, financial information analysis, and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IFRS). Additionally, we are looking for candidates with intermediate English level (B1), capable of understanding professional documentation and performing in international corporate environments. We value profiles with knowledge of technological tools such as Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and SAP Business One (SAP B1), as well as people with organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership skills, and a focus on customer service.

Main Functions and Responsibilities Supervise the accounting registration of transactions under IFRS/IFRS, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury, and inventories. Review and coordinate the monthly and annual accounting closing processes. Prepare and/or review financial statements and disclosure notes under IFRS. Manage the relationship with outsourcing accounting clients and attend to their recurring requirements. Coordinate delivery schedules of information and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate dates.

Participate in follow-up meetings with clients and present financial results when required. Support the identification of opportunities for improvement in accounting and financial processes. Ensure the quality and timeliness of assigned deliverables. Provide technical support to more junior professionals when necessary. Technical Knowledge International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IFRS). Financial statements and accounting closing processes. Analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
