Internship Opportunity in Facilities Department

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, requires the incorporation of an intern in the facilities department for its work center in Sotogrande, Cádiz.

Mission

Provide support to the Facilities team in the follow-up, coordination, and technical control of the facilities of the project, collaborating in the review of documentation, planning of works, control of progress, and resolution of incidents, with the objective of ensuring the correct execution of the facilities in accordance with the project, deadlines, quality, and applicable regulations.

Main Functions

• Support in the technical follow-up of the facilities in the project: electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, PCI, ventilation, and other associated installations.
• Collaborate in the review of plans, measurements, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Provide support in the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and teams involved in the execution of facilities.
• Support in the control of project progress, planning of works, and monitoring of deadlines.
• Participate in the identification, registration, and follow-up of technical incidents.
• Collaborate in the preparation of reports, comparisons, minutes, and technical documentation.
• Provide support in the review of certifications, orders, measurements, and document control.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Quality, and Prevention teams for the correct development of the works.
• Support in the verification of compliance with regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.

• Student of Degree or Master in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Engineering, or similar.
• Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or educational center.
• Interest in developing professionally in the facilities area within the construction sector.
• Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, MS Project, Office package, or similar tools.
• Capacity for organization, attention to detail, and learning orientation.
• Proactive, responsible person with good communication skills.
• Incorporation in September 2026.
