Quality and Process Management Analyst

We are looking for your talent to join our Marsh team based in Bogotá el Dorado; it is a hybrid position that requires at least three days a week in the office.

As a Quality and Process Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the area by being responsible for process reengineering and Quality Management System. Focused on improving efficiency through automations and digital solutions, and participating in company projects, in accordance with good practices and Marsh governance.

We will count on you to:

• Design and implement new processes, analyze and propose and implement redesigns and improvements in existing processes, promoting continuous improvement, efficiency through automations, savings in time and costs.
• Elaborate and/or support the elaboration of technological requirements that support the processes and improvements proposed.
• Manage the collection, consolidation and analysis of the required information that supports the designs of processes and proposed improvements (volumetry, times, costs, benefits, savings, etc.).
• Documental control of processes (initial elaboration, update, versioning, socialization, among others)
• Prepare and accompany the process of Quality Management System Audits.
• Ensure the sustainability of the Quality Management System
• Ensure the realization and quality of deliverables in a way that meets the expectations and needs of the involved parties (client, colleagues, company, community). Designs that promote benefits to stakeholders in time and costs

What do you need to have?

• Final year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Quality Management System
• Mandatory knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015
• Knowledge of flowcharts and processes
• Intermediate Excel with knowledge of pivot tables
• Intermediate English
