Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Pricing Execution Analyst to join our Onboarding and Offboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the rate update lifecycle management, ensuring that contractual price adjustments are executed with absolute precision to guarantee client transparency and protect the company's financial profitability.

Formarás parte de un equipo especializado y enfocado en la precisión, working in close collaboration with the sales team and regional stakeholders to ensure the correct synchronization and execution of the company's financial strategies.

• Manage, analyze, and execute the calendar of client portfolio rate updates (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually), interpreting contractual terms and entering new prices into corporate systems with utmost attention to detail to avoid financial losses.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, the finance department, and clients (internal and external) to provide professional support for price scheme inquiries, as well as escalate technical or commercial cases that require specialized follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards by auditing the data registry and proactively resolving discrepancies in billing or disputes arising from tariff changes, aligning reports with regional requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in areas of Customer Care, Billing, Collections, Financial Analysis, Price Management, or Service Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level (financial formulas and pivot tables), as well as a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability in assertive communication for handling objections, strategic thinking, change management, and the capacity to persuade and influence different stakeholders and resolve tariff conflicts.
• Graduated Professional or Technical Title (preferably professional).
